We also create handcrafted organic skincare products that are 100% natural and food for your skin. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that all cancellations or modifications to bookings, appointments, reservations, or orders be made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled date and time. Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice: Full refund (minus any applicable processing fees). Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the service: No refund will be provided, and the full amount will be charged. Refunds will be processed within [e.g., 7-10 business days] using the original payment method. We reserve the right to waive or adjust fees in exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies) at our sole discretion. This policy is in place to help us manage scheduling and resources effectively.
